Our 60 minute Yoga classes will be taking place every week during the summer months and will be held in a variety of beautiful and natural spaces within the vast 850 acres of the park.
Yoga is a practice that unites mind, body and breath to improve mental and physical well-being. Regular practice builds strength, improves flexibility in the body, calms and focuses the mind and helps us to feel grounded and balanced in this busy world.
Enjoy the sounds of nature, the sun on your skin and the change of perspective as you look out into the vast open sky with a short meditation at the end of class.
Our classes are suitable for all ages and abilities with modifications and challenges offered, allowing you to go at your own pace and get the most out of your practice.
